Immigration Laws used to Act Against Muslims in America

As the President and his henchmen and women stump for a renewal of the Patriot Act it is timely to reflect on how the 9-11 attacks have been used to justify a variety of arrests of Muslim immigrants on relatively petty immigration violations.
On the anti-terrorism front, it is important to note that few of the highly touted arrests of alleged terrorists are borne out in the court room, as this Washington Post article demonstrates.
