The Yeltsin Moment in Iran? Mousavi Details Alleged Election Fraud

Facing angry calls that he be tried for treason, Mir Hossein Mousavi has released a document detailing how, in his view, the June 12th election was stolen. Wapo reports that the document was posted on his web site, which was reported to have been shut down by the government on June 28.
I found the report on Facebook, not on his webpage, which I could not raise. The 26pp. report (not 24pp. as reported in WaPo), in Persian, may be downloaded here. Some election documents related to the charged are here.

I found very helpful links from "Binglybinglybip" here on Twitter.
