Instructions at Guantanimo for handling the Quran

In January 2003 the Commander at Camp Delta, Guantanimo, issued detailed instructions for handling the Quran. One imagines that these instructions were issued in a certain context, which is to say cases in which U.S. personnel mishandled the Quran.
