The New York Times > Washington > White House Letter: A Mideast Strategy That Includes a Mideast Card: "When Andrew H. Card Jr., the White House chief of staff, was interviewed on the Egyptian version of the NBC's 'Today,' he says, he got fewer questions about his boss than about a 31-year-old Egyptian-American, little known in the United States, who is about to leave her West Wing perch to become a diamond bullet for the Bush administration's hopes in the Middle East."
