Hints about the Mehlis report on Hariri's assassination from David Welch
The Daily Star - Politics - U.S. diplomat: UN report will urge reprimanding Damascus: "A UN investigation team's report on the assassination of former Lebanese Premier Rafik Hariri will urge the international community to reprimand Damascus for its 'misbehavior,' according to a high-ranking U.S. diplomat. David Welch, the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern affairs, said from Cairo yesterday after meeting with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak his country was concerned with Syria's continued interference in Lebanon's affairs."
