What I Knew Before the Invasion

Senator Bob Graham was one of the members of the Senate who voted no on the Iraq war resolution. As his OPED reveals, he saw much more "evidence" than the average senator and as a result he did not accept the Bush rationale for war. His reflections reveal the result of the adminstration more fully revealing what it knew about Iraq, namely skepticism about the evidence.
