Zahhar is the newly named Foreign Minister for Palestine. He comes across as politically confident and convinced that negotiations with Israel do not produce results for the Palestinians. Peace is "not for our age," he observes.
What remains to be seen though is how the reality of governing affects Hamas' performance in power.
