The Secretary of State spins the "victory" of Reso. 1701

I will be you one thing: you tell a group of Arabs in the Middle East that the U.S. is bringing democracy to the region and they will run and find someplace to hide. "Democracy" evokes disdan and ridicule in the region.
Why is that?
