At this stage, I think the date is pretty firm for the report. When we began our work in the spring the co-chairs even talked about submitting their report in March 2007, when it is due according to the ISG mandate. But at this stage it is as though Moses is bringing the tablets down from the mountain, to borrow from a le Monde piece.
