If you follow Turkey, you may be interested in watching the 2007 lecture by Salih Memecan, the beloved cartoonist. I suggest the modem version, for now at least, because it loads much more quickly. You need Quicktime to watch the lecture. We are adding a Realtime version shortly.
Also, you will find Graham Fuller's 2006 lecture on the site as well.
The Campagna-Kerven annual lecture on modern Turkey is hosted annually by Boston University and it is held in April. I will post details on the 2008 lecture in a few months, or watch the website.
