Olmert says Palestinian accord 'far away' | Reuters: "Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said on Monday a peace accord with the Palestinians was 'far away, on a path full of obstacles'. 'There is no agreement,' Olmert told Israeli lawmakers of his talks with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas ahead of next month U.S.-sponsored conference on Palestinian statehood. 'Nothing was given, nothing was taken and nothing was promised. But a spirit of mutual trust has been created.'"
