I would have to agree with those who have said, "I'm not sure that Al Qaeda will self-destruct." Perhaps, I would agree with the idea if it were to be worded differently. If Ms. Lahoud said that the key in the self-destruction of Al Qaeda was born with the organization itself.
The article did not mention much detail about the reasons why Lahoud thinks Al Qaeda will self-destruct except for that it cannot sustain itself.
