What is quite bizarre about the Washington narrative on the Iranian nuclear program is how divorced it is from discussion of Israeli nuclear weapons

I have even been in discussion in which purported proponents of nuclear proliferation have denied that Israel's arsenal has anything to do with Iran's program. In any case, any discussion of addressing Israel's nukes is definitely not politically correct in policy circles. Therefore, while it will not gain U.S. assent, the novel IAEA resolution addresses a key factor in discussing the nuclearization of the Middle East and it should be welcomed.
