Jeb Bush, governor of Florida, is a very effective politician and he would be a formidable candidate. Unlike his brother, Jeb is poised and is certainly a better listener that 43. 41's comments only add a bit more fuel to the speculation that it will be Jeb vs. Hillary in 2008, so long as Jeb can get through the primary gauntlet and provided the American voter has not had his or her fill ot the Bush family for a while.
