Dreadful images from southern Lebanon where 17 civilians--including many children--were killed by Israeli attacks. See BBC report. Reports indicate that about 70 people, most of them civilians have died in Lebanon as a result of the bombing. Four Israeli civilians have been slain by Hizballah's rockets, in addition to at least 12 Israeli soldiers (8 on the 12th and four yesterday in the rocketing of an Israeli vessel).
